ABOUT INSPECTOR MYKE
When I was a young man I enrolled the Job Corps program, where I earned my certification as a heavy equipment operator. During which time I participated in the Big Brother Big Sister program, which helped incoming students with counseling and support. Additionally, I served this country during the Desert Storm campaign as an Artilleryman in the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood in Texas. This instilled in me the importance of being a good leader.
I've dedicated the past 25+ years to the construction and home maintenance industries as a Mechanical Plumber and and Apartment Maintenance Supervisor. While having military experience, this afforded me the opportunity to perfect my attention to detail, which was instrumental in my career as a Mechanical Plumber and and Apartment Maintenance Supervisor and will be useful during home inspections.
I am a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector (#HI12136) which has to follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain a good standing with the state.
